Sr Key Account Manager and Performance Marketing Role for Multi-national FMCG company (4-6 yrs)
Experience: 4 to 6 years in E-Commerce Account Manager with added exposure to Performance Marketing. Candidate should have experience in E-Commerce team of top FMCG or top ecommerce firms
Responsibilities:
- Completely lead and manage accounts to drive accelerated growth in selected top E-Com accounts: TOT negotiation, in stock, promotion & strategic initiatives for the accounts
- Develop and drive end to end marketing strategies for all eCommerce platforms and optimise trade spends of visibility and promos
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility
- Work with internal cross-functional teams across management and trade & marketing team to plan for strategic initiatives and run day-to-day operations to ensure availability, timely promotions and activations on the platform
- Plan and achieve the profit, and ROI goals of performance marketing through trade budgets
- Develop vendor relationship(s) to access best practices; work closely with existing vendors to ensure quality planning and execution of campaigns
- Design, conceptualize and monitor the delivery of standard & custom reports for digital shelf management
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and outside-in thinking on best and evolving practices, and ensure the team is constantly at the edge of the newest high potential opportunities or ways of working
- Advise on digital and marketing best practices, the latest tools and systems
- Initiate growth projects and strategies in the area of analytics to support the ecommerce strategic objectives- Liasoning with E Commerce players to understand business issues, focus areas and growth factors; and translate into analytical initiatives
Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in ecommerce channel and account management preferably experiences with considerable scale and FMCG brands
- Strong experience in planning, execution excellence and goal orientation with a penchant for high achievement in previous roles
- Deep understanding and experience across eCommerce, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge in Ecommerce platforms
- Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and strong work ethics are a must
- Strong in MS Excel and MS powerpoint
