Senior Key Account Manager
- Our client is a well known Media company based at Mumbai.
- A role that is responsible for managing revenue and relationship for key sales activities with a single partner.
- Manage the Key customer effectively, ensuring effective realization of revenues & growth of revenue and monetization opportunities. Conceptualize co-branded activities to drive subscriber and revenue growth.
- Responsible for coordinating with key accounts
- Responsible for supporting revenue targets from customers
- Analyze platform financials, sub growth trends, packaging trends and create scenarios and pitch presentations for deal renewal with platforms
- Constantly monitor Revenue against plans and targets, plan and suggest action wherever required to meet revenue shortfall
- Sanity check on subscriber reports, identify discrepancies and deviations if any and correct the same
- Regular Tracking of Channel Placements, Packaging and its implication.
- Highlight deviations if any and coordinate with the Customer to rectify deviations or make suitable compensation in lieu of the deviations
- Monitoring market trends on a regular basis
- Working with channel marketing teams to ensure reach maximization for our channels
- Help create promotions and specific products to meet the marketing needs of the channels
- Metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of such products & services
Requirement :
- 8 - 10 Years of experience with 6 years+ in handling large key accounts sales and relationship management
- Deep understanding of the target customer base, consumption trends and research in various geographies
- Excellent understanding of brand communication development and strong project management skills
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Strong know-how in planning long range plans and deliver results
- Excellent analytical skills and hands-on in generating reports
- Well versed in gathering and analysing consumer insights
- Candidate from Modern Trade, Enterprise sales or Institutional sales will be preferred.
- Industry exposure : FMCG, Telecom or Banking industry.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute only.
