Experience : Over 13 years of experience in to corporate sales (Preferably in the IT Hardware/Technology Sales)
Qualification - Graduate / MBA (preferable)

Functional Area Business to Business (B2B)
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Work closely with all key stake holders to strategise and draw up a comprehensive business plan for meeting the shared and agreed upon business goals.
- Manage relationship with customers
- Meet sales quota for the business vertical.
- Track all business development activities, analyse quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on finding.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with principal & vendor management.
- Recruit, Train, Mentor and Groom a team of highly motivated, self driven & passionate team of sales professionals.
- Responsible for team enablement through training programs.
- Responsible for demand generation through MDF acquisition from principal/vendor towards meeting agreed sales quotas.
- Conceptualize and build a go to market strategy that supports the vision, biz P&L and other nuances
- Setup and manage operational systems that efficiently and effectively support the business
- Strategize to bring more business within existing customers.

- Experience in leading and motivating a team and driving results
- Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities
