Position- Senior IT Recruiter / Lead Technical Recruiter( Male preferred)

Location- Delhi NCR

Qualification and Experience- 5-7 years

- MBA ( regular) / B.E / B.Tech with 60% & above marks throughout academics.

- The previous exp on hiring including Bulk Hiring, niche Skills hiring, full-lifecycle TA is pref.

- Previous IT recruitment exp mandatory.

- Min of 5 Yrs. Of relevant profession

Client- Renowned IT company

Role: End to end recruitment

- May participate in annual Talent Acquisition functional projects work focused on improving processes, Talent Acquisition metric results, as well as the quality of hire. Partner with Compensation & HR- Business Partner to develop a compelling offer.

Salary Offered: 6-9LPA
