1. Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and attract highly skilled IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates
3. Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
4. Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to IT recruitment.
5. Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to discuss and finalize compensation packages. Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
1. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees' concerns, grievances, and inquiries. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
2. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance.
3. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR systems, process HR-related paperwork (e.g., employment contracts, leave requests), and generate HR reports as required.
Requirement: MBA is required.
