Title - Sr Investment Associate

Location - Hyderabad / Bangalore /Mumbai

Description (Qualitative):

Duties:

1. Analyst Level Coverage: Should undertake industry and market research activities on Food, Agri & Logistics sectors using multiple sources of information;

2. Partner Level Coverage: Support partners in identifying investment opportunities, provide in-depth research and actively engage in initiating meetings with portfolio companies

3. Must work with senior management in building companies pipeline, deal sourcing, client interactions, investment collateral preparation, Investment committee reports, and support the end to end investment cycle;

4. Able to provide initial investment evaluation review and conduct financial & operational due diligence for prospective investee companies

5. Build MIS frameworks to track the financial & operational metrics on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, and write investment committee reports to evaluate the portfolio companies- performance

Required Skills and Experience :

- MBA/CA/CFA - 3-5 years of investment experience (VC/PE, investment banking)

- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated

- Strong knowledge of Excel including advanced function

- Experience with cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques

- Ability to produce well designed professional looking Powerpoint presentations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Should be an avid user of technology for business processes.
