Job Title : Senior Manager - Internal Audit

Experience : 6+ years

Job location : Pune

Core Responsibilities :

1. Test the operation and tweak the design of existing financial controls

2. Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of our businesses policies, practices and processes

3. Improve customer care by initiating improvements to the financial control and auditing process

4. Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities

5. Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls

6. Plan internal client meetings and oversee financial disclosures

7. Make recommendations to financial management about software, policies and audit triggers

8. Create and update internal audit plan

9. Liasioning with the Regulators and other government authorities

10. Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures.

Preference and Experience :

a) CA preferred

b) Demonstrable experience in NBFC/Banks of 6+ years.

c) Proven experience in Unsecured retail loans.

d) Self-driven and willing to challenge the status quo.

e) Analytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributes

f) Excellent Writing Skills, communication and negotiation skills

g) Enthusiastic and dedicated with strong leadership skills

h) Flexible for 6 day a week working structure

i) Flexible for travel within India

Candidate will be reporting to Head - Compliance & Corporate Governance
