One of our reputed MNC BPO is looking for Sr. Internal Auditor  Please note that only candidates who have been working in the Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOX Audits, SOX and SOX Compliance with BPO's are eligible to apply for the same.   Also note candidates who are fully qualified CA- s, CIA's or ICWA's with relevant experience in BPO- s/ITES sector or experience of working as Internal Auditor on BPO Clients in Big 4 accounting firms should only apply for the same.  LOCATION: Gurgaon  YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Requires a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in Big 4 Accounting firm (having worked on BPO clients preferred) OR Internal audit/SOX Team in a BPO company  QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Internal Auditor or ICWA  REPORTING TO: DGM Internal Audit   Summary  We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of the company's internal controls in all phases of financial and operational audits, consultations, Sarbanes-Oxley assessments, ICFR and/or special projects (from conducting audits/walkthroughs/testing up to reporting).  Key Responsibilities  - Supports achievement of SYNNEX business objects by conducting and reporting on risk-based audits and other projects, including SOX, using various methods appropriate for the project, in order to assess the design and effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance processes and controls. Projects may be first time topics within established or emerging business processes. May function as an individual contributor or as a team member, depending on the project.  - Documents and evaluates the design adequacy of internal controls primarily via flowcharts and walkthroughs.  - Conducts SOX\ audit\ consultation projects efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.  - Identifies and discusses control issues and improvement opportunities with project lead, as well as works with project leads to develop specific actionable improvement plans.  - Documents the results of audit projects, including internal control weaknesses and/or improvement opportunities via detailed issue logs and executive summaries.  - Communicates those results and recommendations (both verbal and written) to process owners, management and external auditors.  - Promotes awareness of company processes, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and Internal Audit functions/responsibilities.  - Facilitates work of external auditors.  - Bear significant responsibility for portions of the annual SOX assessment.  - Manages projects from inception to completion.  Desired Skills/ Preferred Qualifications:  - An understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and ICFR   - Strong experience to quickly gain knowledge of changing business and system environments.  - Strong team player and self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously  - Must be flexible (in terms of work hours, multiple jobs, teams etc.) and have good work prioritization skills   - Established problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to identify control issues and financial/operational risk within a business process and recommend improvements.  - Proven ability to self-manage/prioritize strict deadlines/timelines and manage time, resources and multiple project assignments for self and team.  - Strong verbal and written communications skills, to include process flowchart, narratives etc. and a proven track record of effectively building relationships with process owners in a positive and proactive manner.  - Demonstrated knowledge of compliance standards and proven experience keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards.  - Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Visio  Ravi Aspire Erp Systems Mob : 9975993532
