Senior Internal Auditor - CA/CPA/ICWA

One of our leading international telecom client is expanding internal audit team in Bangalore, hence looking to hire internal auditors with 2 to 6 years of work experience in SOX.

Key roles & responsibilities:

- He / She will be responsible to conduct operational, financial and compliance audits.

- Perform independent testing of internal controls to meet SOX requirements including information technology.

- Identify key processes & sub-processes, prepare process diagrams using MS Visio, identify key controls in processes, identify gaps in controls, and write process narratives.

- Perform Operational Site Visits, Inquiries with Project Managers, and conclude on Adhoc Operational Audits with proposed action plans (e.g. Physical Units Testing, Root Cause Analysis, Process Implementations)

- Perform Percentage of Completion (POC) and MSA (Master Service Agreement) construction project audits.

Key essential to qualify for this role:

- Qualified CA OR CPA OR ICWA

- Internal audit or SOX testing / audit experience.
