Senior Insurance Broker/Agent

We are currently recruiting for one of the largest Insurance brokers in the UAE.

Job Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah .

Job Description :-

- Prospecting and selling Personal and Corporate insurance including Life Insurance and Investments .

- Identifying prospects through various sales channels especially cold calling and networking

- Visiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirements

- Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations

- Preparing proposals and conducting presentations

- Organize and follow-up with internal servicing teams

- Manage/secure renewals and establishing relationship with customers

- Participating in sales meetings and appraisals

- Attending Job related trainings and events to maintain and develop skills and knowledge

- Expand the size of the team assisted by the company

- Weekly meetings with Company's Management

Experience :-

- 5+ years of experience in the sales and marketing of insurance .

- Bachelors Degree in any field .

- Advanced /professional certifications in Insurance is highly desirable.
