Position: Senior Instructional Designer

GreyBlue is an associate company of DAAS Labs which was established in 2015 to build data-driven organizations using emerging tech and delivering Transparency and Agility to businesses, by providing expertise across Data Warehousing, DevOps, IT Strategy & Transformation, Reconciliations and Reporting & Analytics.

We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and passionate Instructional Designers for e-Content Development projects for our Blue-Collar Skilling Platform.

Candidates with sound experience in the e-Learning/ Edtech industry on developing academic content are preferred. Understanding of Indian Blue-Collar ecosystem with technical proficiency and the skill to monitor and execute work on editing, instructional design, capsuling of learning modules and quality checks will be a pre-requisite for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

- Design and develop creative and engaging e-learning content for the learner, adopting new age tools and techniques

- Collaborate with SMEs and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources

- Develop and implement the right learning framework based on the learner's background and needs

- Review content quality and offer comprehensive relevant feedback to content team including writers, graphic designers and animators

- Maintain content repository and digital library

- Coordinate all production and post-production activities

- Manage stakeholder expectations at the onset of the project and throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure project task activities are completed and/or project plans are adjusted to manage changes that affect the project delivery dates

- Clearly and effectively communicate project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to project completion to all stakeholders

- Coordinate with vendors to deliver on agreed plans

- Take complete ownership of the assigned project, including updating existing courses or creating brand new courses.

Functional/Technical Skills:

- Thorough understanding of Curriculum Design

- Knowledge and experience of script writing and storyboarding for e-learning videos

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Hindi

- Advanced level experience with recent versions of Microsoft Suite is mandatory. Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator etc. is desirable but not mandatory

- Ability to implement plans and strategies
