Senior Instructional Designer - Education Group

We are hiring for the subject role for a Leading Education Group. Following are the details for same :

Job Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements and translate it into course design for effective learning

- Design the Course Outline as per the learning objectives and develop training material meeting the same

- Experience in designing eLearning curriculum.

- Instructional designing for Learning Nuggets, WBT and ILT

- Drafting guideline and peripheral documentation (FSD, DSD, MDD)

- Creating outline and storyboards for conversation-based simulation

- E-learning storyboarding and visualizing

- Experience in writing and reviewing instructional content.

- Creating content that would be transformed into learning programs

- Ability to write logically, cogently, and with brevity.

- Should have an eye for detail, strong grammatical and language skills.

- Will be interfacing with cross functional teams (Account Managers, Marketing team to analyze project requirements with the clients and suggesting relevant solutions)

- Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Storyboarding. This includes the ability to

- Create course content structures for online courses (WBTs/CBTs) after understanding client requirements

- Written and reviewed storyboards

- Visualized storyboards

- Created guidelines/specifications documents

- Creating storyboards from the analyzed content.

- Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT

- Working with different types of input material to create instructional content

- Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content

- Use templates in developing instructional materials.

- Effectively utilized instructional design theories and models.

- Knowledge of eLearning standards, processes and industry standards

- Interact with the development team for the design and integration of the training programs.

- Experience in managing the project processes and team, ensuring project delivery in the budgeted cost, defined schedule and quality

- A prolific writer with the ability to expertly transform the raw information gathered from various sources into relevant content

- Creating storyboards from the analyzed content.

- Created guidelines/specifications documents

- Ability to interact with diverse groups, spanning at all organizational levels

- Firm sense of accountability and ownership towards content development

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Good command over English

- Demonstrated ability to implement processes, and maintain deadlines with minimal supervision

- Demonstrated reliability, integrity and confidentiality of the content
