Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop training (ILT and WBT) based on customer requirements

- Technical Writing and Develop design approach note for projects based on customer requirements.

- Perform research and needs-analysis for training programs.

- Implement ID models, methodologies, principles and strategies across projects to ensure learner-centricity.

- Develop scenario-based/story-based content to suit the needs of the learner.

- Visualize and develop audio and video-based content.

- Write effective, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.

- Interact with multimedia team to finalize visual aids associated with all the training.

- Interact with SME to acquire content and resolve queries.

- Work independently, maintain quality, and deliver in time.

- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.

- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.

- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games).

- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.

- Maintain training plans and provide ongoing project status to the management and supervisor.

- Create process documents per ISO standards of Process Excellence and Risk Management.

- Organize weekly calls with the customer and ensure timely progress of the project as per the SLA.
