We looking for an IR specialist for one of our renowned conglomerate.
Job Description:
- Handle the IR responsibility from the Corporate office
- Development & Monitoring of Group Level IR Database & Reporting
- Monitoring & advising Businesses on pending Labour Matters before various Authorities
- Development & Implementation of Group wide Employee Relations Index
- Design policies and framework and work with the IR heads of all units and businesses to implement the same
- Support all Union activities with the IR heads of respective businesses
- Ensure the long term settlement guidelines released by corporate office is adhered to by all units
- Meeting with Labour commissioner
- Representing IR and ER groups
- Will be the subject matter expert for ER, IR and legal issues
- Development & Monitoring of Group Level ER & IR Database & Reporting
- Monitoring & advising Businesses on pending Labour Matters before various Authorities
Education: Any Graduate & MSW/MBA/PGDM/LAW (Full time)
