IN-Kerala-Trivandrum

As a senior IA analytics consultant, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following;

- Identification and capture of data points; inspection and cleansing of data; analysis and identification of trends and opportunities for improvement; transformation of data into meaningful reports and dashboards; presenting findings providing conclusions, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to support decision making

- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data utilizing Tableau

- Automate data preparation and report creation where possible

- Development of ad-hoc reports as necessary

- Seniors may play the role of team leader on multiple offshore engagements with 1-3 team members reporting to them for the project.

- Seniors have responsibility of reviewing the work done (Deliverables) by the team members

- Interact confidently with the onshore team leads for the ongoing requirements of the project

Key job specifications :

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Sound knowledge of advanced data visualisation tools like Tableau and spot fire

- 2-5 years of experience in Tableau

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)

- Consistent display of leadership skills

- Ability to work well in teams

- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours

- Willingness to travel for work

- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example
