- Managing the entire gamut of people process - onboarding, induction, PMS, L&D, Talent Management, Employee Retention and Relations as well as revamping the policy frameworks.
- Acting as a strategic partner to the business to transform existing people initiatives and implement interventions.
- Providing data driven insights pertaining to the different HR metrics / workforce analytics to drive the people function.
- Overseeing the HR Operations function responsible for complete employee life cycle - Labor laws, policies & payroll compliance, etc.
