Senior Human Resource Business Partner - Conglomerate

Our Client: Leading conglomerate in Middle East looking for Senior HR Business Partner

Your Role:

- The role requires a strategic business partner, leading the development and standardization and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, organizational development to ensure bench of highly potential talent

- The position provides technical expertise and advice to senior management on identifying and solving HR related issues

- As the business is seeing aggressive positive movement the need of the hour is to have an Human Resources professional with excellent business understanding and has the following abilities.

- Deep and relevant HR experience is essential in a FMCG/Banking/Hospitality.

- The successful candidate would ideally have previously had Business Partnering experience.

- Comfortable in the selection of appropriate training providers and programs organization and coordination. Detail oriented, accurate conscientious and reliable.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Budgeting and reporting skills.
