- 8 - 10 years of experience in HRBP/ Talent Management and HR Strategy
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD organisation is a must
- Solid experience in Talent Management, Manpower planning, PMS, Competency - Framework, OD, Succession Planning etc.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
