Responsibilities : Functional : - Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage &amp; ; evaluate end to end volume hiring programs, policies &amp; practices. - Need to collaborate with central planning, operations &amp; HR for timely hiring solutions and deliveries. - Would lead Regional TA teams for introducing and implementing new talent sourcing solutions in seamless way and keep culture as change-ready while ensuring productivity &amp; budget objectives. - Role holder will also lead part of SCM central TA Team to acquire SCM &amp; limited non-tech talents in junior &amp; mid-level in Corporate &amp; Field. People : - Coach &amp; train Hiring Managers on people interviewing aspects. - Evolve &amp; facilitate. Hygiene : - Role holder will collaborate for delivering end to end TA SLAs for hiring issues. - Responsible to work on reports and presentations.
