Following areas will report into the person - - Talent engagement, HR Ops, performance management, policies.&nbsp; - Organization is going through a transformation so significant work needs to be done on design and execution on organization change and development, talent architecture, competency matrix and performance management. Company is going through a transformation phase so this is an exciting phase in organizational journey. This is the number 2 position in HR and will report to the CHRO. Looking for 12-15 yrs of experience. - Good B school preferred but not mandatory. - 10+ yrs of Experience in tier 1 IT Services companies is mandatory.
