OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING TOP NOTCH FMCG AND BEVERAGES COMPANY HAVING A TURNOVER OF 8,000 CRORES BASED IN MUMBAI AND IS LOOKING OUT FOR A
POSITION : Senior Manager - HR ( Talent Acquisition)Qualifications : MBA/ PGDM in HR, having 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Job Responsibilities :- Strategizing and executing all Pan - India Sales positions with regards to sourcing and closure from Junior to Zonal VP /GM Level.
- Leading (indirectly) a team of 10 Regional Sales HR and one AM - HR (direct) to ensure smooth functioning of recruitment at various locations.
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle with sourcing the Best Talent through Internal Referrals, Job Portals, LinkedIn, Recruitment Consultant, social media. Ensuring that 75% of positions closed through internal references thus saving cost.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, educate them on market dynamics and constantly evolve recruitment process.
- Managing compensation fitment and final negotiation from junior to Leadership positions.
- Map the competitor pool of candidates and make it future ready.
- Forecast Annual TA Budgets and ensure that team adheres to the plan, thereby having control over cost.
- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
- Ensure that all new joinees go through the designed Induction plan.
- To identify and empanel and review recruitment partners to ensure that they have complete understanding of the organization culture & the role specifications before getting them onboard.
- Analyze and assess the Vendor performance, reviewing their effectiveness on quarterly basis.
- Prepare Weekly | Monthly MIS reports - Budget Vs Actual, Closures, Attrition and Headcount reports.
- Monitoring and reviewing manpower plan for Pan India Sales.
- Ensure that all processes are followed in line with the agreed SOPs
Skill Set :
- Sound Knowledge of Recruitment
- Candidate should have 12 + years of experience handling either Sales or Corporate recruitment. ( Major focus will be on Sales recruitment).
- The candidate should be from Pharma/ FMCG/ Telecom handling TA role and should be based in Corporate office and not Branch office.
