Currently hiring for a Sr Manager-HR and Recruitment Lead for one of the leading Investment Banking Captives. Looking for 5+ years of relevant experience in IB Captives.   Recruitment Lead:  - The Recruitment Team Lead is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the client. The Lead has ownership of the end to end recruiting process for a medium-to large sized recruiting demand plan or shares the ownership of a large recruiting demand plan. The Recruitment Lead acts as the key point of contact with hiring managers, Client partners and candidates, including HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process. Whilst continuing to provide guidance and leadership to a team of members.  Key Responsibilities :  - 6+ Years recruitment experience with minimum 2+ years into leading large teams.  - Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment team (Management of Recruitment Specialists)  - Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/ plans with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.  - Guide the team in terms of recruitment process  - Should have hands-on knowledge & experience in job portals as well as social media sites  - Regular meeting with the team to understand their daily progress & challenges and provide necessary support  - Act as mentor for the new entrants  - Coordinate with Business Heads and get clarification on the requirements and manage vendors for recruitment purpose.  Senior Manager HR :  - Actively support, develop, and execute talent management and succession planning processes.  - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy  - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital  - Ensure all necessary employment laws and regulations are followed.  - Effectively manage staff and wage payroll, benefits administration, and employee communications.  - Be a key player in the development of the site vision and work culture improvement strategies.  - Should be able to Liasion with govt. departments. Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances. Can handle all Govt. Inspection and Audit at any plant or project site.  - Update & Maintain various HR Policy & Practices Supervising overall plant/ project Housekeeping activities & accommodation.  - Be responsible for developing Admin policies and procedures by which the highest possible degree of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic value is achieved.  - Inspect all housekeeping concerned areas frequently to check and confirm the quality standard.  Requirements :  - 5+ Years proven working experience at Sr. Position in HR  - People oriented and results driven  - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics  - Knowledge of HR systems and databases  - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills  - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills  - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company  - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
