Senior HR Manager - Real Estate

Job Description:-

Excellent Communication & proficient in MS Excel is must

1.Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective process interventions

2. Potential to work on core HR projects for these business like.PMS, Comp, etc

Primary role :

1. Serve as point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure positive closure and enhance employee experience in the organization

2. Ensure HR transactions are executed, create process excellence and align with standard organization practices

3. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the organization

4. Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes

Develop and nurture professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy

5. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment

6. Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion

7. Will be responsible for managing various engagement initiatives like RnR, All hands, monitoring communication framework

8. Will partner with TA team for hiring of employees at AM & Mgr level

9. Will partner with LnD team for enabling employees with training programs relevant to employees up to Mgr level.
