Senior HR Manager - PMS - Pharmaceutical

Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based out of Mumbai.

Job Profile:

- Design and conceptualize PMS program in line with organization strategy.

- Manage end to end PMS activities from strategic and execution standpoint.

- Be a custodian to of all employees related policies and provide clarification

- Leading capability building, developing IDP and employee engagement initiatives

- Managing evolution of PMS system year on year

Candidate Profile:

- 6-10 years of experience

- Core COE experience preferred, however HRBP who have worked on design and conceptualizing PMS will also work.

- Must have managed 2-3 cycles of PMS. Hands on.

- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with stakeholders.
