Experience: 8-15 years
Education: MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day HR operations for entity
- Lead, coach and develop HR & Admin staff
- Principal driver of HR Processes throughout the organization
- Understanding of complex operational and legal HR structures
- Management Team member and will be responsible for formulating all HR Strategy
- Responsible for all core HR Processes such as Recruitment/PMS/Learning & Development
- Monthly HR Reports & analytics
- Establishes and maintains systems and controls; verifies the integrity of all HR automated systems, and processes and data
