HR Business Partnering/ Talent Management:
- Manpower planning, budgeting, key hiring for the business
- Align talent strategy to business to execute solutions related to employee engagement, talent acquisition, technology usage, change management, engagement, and retention
- Assess, report, and deliver critical data related to talent management processes to key leaders and stakeholders across the business
- Develop and execute a formal and transparent process that enables employees to build and develop their careers
- Employee Relations - Lead the ER processes for the division across selection of counsels (in consultation with the Central ER and Corporate Legal teams, preparation of representative documents and briefing of counsels.
- Performance Management - Drive the annual performance processes with rigour and transparency.
