11 - 15 years of proven work experience as a seasoned HR business partner for a mid/large size tech software product company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to address large teams and articulate the company's vision and business goals effectively. - Experience delivering employee training programs.
- Hands on experience with talent management tools/frameworks.
- Full time MBA in Human Resources from premier institutes like IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, ISB is mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy for talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement to ensure alignment with the organization's business strategy and corporate values.
- Own the performance management process and conduct skills assessment workshops in partnership with the business managers.
- Define and facilitate employee training and certification programs (both outsourced and in-house) for product, delivery process and soft skills - Growth Plan Data
- Initiate and conduct a company-wide mentoring program. - Create organizational charts, document job responsibilities and employee development programs.
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like happiness index, retention and turnover rates.
- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits - overseeing
- Oversee talent acquisition and HRBP team.
