Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment and Hiring: - Lead the hiring process for various positions, from planning to execution, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs. - Manage and coordinate with recruitment agencies, working closely to fulfill recruitment needs. - Source CVs and map potential employees for various positions within the organization. 2. Employee Life Cycle Management: - Oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to off boarding, ensuring a smooth transition at all stages. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement throughout the life cycle. 3. Pay Structure Management: - Conduct periodic pay surveys. - Schedule and conduct job evaluations. - Prepare pay budgets and monitor individual pay actions. - Recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions. 4. Performance Management: - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. - Train managers to coach and discipline employees. - Schedule management conferences and resolve employee grievances. 5. Employee Benefits Administration: - Maintain employee benefits programs. - Study benefits needs and trends, recommending programs to management. - Direct the processing of benefit claims and conduct educational programs on benefit programs. 6. HR Compliances: - Ensure adherence to HR compliances and regulatory requirements. - Monitor and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Monitor and implement applicable federal and state human resource requirements. 7. HR Budget Management: - Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet departmental objectives. - Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality HR services. 8. Professional Development: - Attend educational workshops and review professional publications to maintain professional and technical knowledge. - Establish personal networks and participate in professional societies.
