Role Description:
- Monitoring overall HR for group companies / employees
- Responsible for Talent acquisition / developing channels
- Oversee management of employee life cycle
- Preparing, redefining & implementing HR policies
- Ensuring government notices are being attended / closed
- Setting objectives & goals for the team and track progress
- Prepare & maintain various data / MIS for business review & analysis.
- Ensuring & planning of employment engagement program
- Development of learning/ training, and leadership within the organization
- Driving PMS (KPI / KRA)
- Monitoring and handling IR issues.
- Review and update on employee contracts & agreements
- Controlling & Monitoring HR operation's budget
- Setting up controls and processes / systems
- Complies with central, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

- Process oriented.
- Knowledge of data analysis & reporting
Educational Qualification Preferably a Post Graduate Candidate/Graduation in any Discipline
Total Experience Min 12 - 15 Years.
