Looking for a Senior Manager for one of our Tier-1 consulting clients, the role is an AD level for other Tier-1 consulting companies

Key Responsibilities:

The role is a part of the People Advisory Services team, responsible to identify clients needs and problems and strategize and consult them accordingly to drive business results

The role also involves business development to onboard the right set of new clients and grow the accounts from there

The organisation follows a lean structure. The role will report into the Director, who in turn reports into the Partner

Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing HR in a GCC setup is a must

Skills Required:

The ideal candidate should have an experience in either of the following:

1. Experience in a GCC/Tech/captive centre setup specialsing in COE (Talent management, niche leadership development, succession planning etc). The candidate will be responsible to consult the clients on complex COE based projects like succession planning, performance management etc

2. Experience in a GCC/Tech/captive centre setup specialsing in L&D. The candidate will be responsible to handle projects related to training need analysis, talent management, HR transformation projects etc

3. Experience in a GCC/Tech/captive centre setup specialsing in change management.

The candidate will be responsible to support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organizational structures. Manage projects on rebranding, tech change etc.

The candidate should have experience in a GCC (shared services) setup of a corporate organisation ideally from a leading FMCG organisation, financial services firm or tech firm with large GCC centres

The candidate should have strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills

It is a high growth , high visibility position with excellent leaders on board and give an opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address some of their most complex people related challenges, and ultimately drive business results
