Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the hiring process. Work closely with the functional managers
- Responsible for all permanent and contractual hiring
- Set up HR procedures and processes. Manage all HR policies and standards for the employees
- Implement robust people strategies & SOPs for all things people related including onboarding / offboarding, career progression, performance management, employee engagement, etc.
- Build a fun yet high-efficiency work environment and culture- scale the HR team and function, as the organization scales
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
Desired Skills:
- 7-10 years relevant work experience in HR and Admin
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills. Specifically looking for candidates having strong recruitment background
- Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results.
