As the Sr. HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving the growth of our organization. Some key responsibilities include:

- Deep understanding of labor laws and ensuring compliance

- Talent acquisition to attract top talent that matches our unique culture

- Performance appraisal and creating a culture of continuous growth and development

- Strategizing to improve employee attrition and boost retention rates

- Fostering a culture of employee engagement and positive relations
