Senior HR Leader - Mfg/FMCG

Looking forward to hire Senior HR Leader (National role) for a reputed organisation based at Bangalore.

Desired profile:

- MBA/ Degree in HR from Premier / Top 10 B Schools, batches of 95/ 96/97

- Must have had a good exposure to managing HR functions for Manufacturing set up at Regional / National level

- Must have been abreast with latest HR concepts (contributed as a progressive HR)

- Candidates from large Indian firms and MNC's preferred (from FMCG/ Durables/ Manufacturing sectors)
