Senior HR Generalist - Manufacturing/Process Industry/Oil & Gas Industry

- Any PMS hands on Mandatory.

- Help the HR officers in improving the hiring process.

- Implement training and development plans.

- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.

- Organizing company events.

- Plan quarter and annual performance review sessions.

- Inform employees about additional benefits.

- Update employee records.

- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job titles, and descriptions along with salary records.

- Forecast hiring trends.

Work mode: work form office - Alternative Sat working
