Senior HR Consultant - HR Generalist

Looking for a Senior HR consultant for a Bangalore client.

- HR Generalist with 12 - 14 years experience with at least 6 plus years with Blue chip companies preferred 

- Knowledge and ability to implement core HR architecture / frameworks a must 

- Client facing and stakeholder management key aspects 

- Will be managing an HR team from the client organisation to drive key HR initiatives 

- Strong conceptual, communication and influencing skills are musts. 

- Previous consulting experience will be an advantage.

- This is an onsite full time engagement, for a period of 1 year renewable.
