We are looking for Senior Consultants who have either COE or direct Consulting experience in the following areas:

- Organization design & effectiveness.

- Leadership Assessment & Development.

- Major HR process redesign such as Performance Management Systems.

- Competency modelling.

- Product Management for technology products.

- The role is Client facing to design client solutions and also to participate in technical sales, approach notes and proposals. The role also requires the incumbent to be the Product Manager for Talentonic's products such as talent3sixty , talent voice and Board Evaluation.

- The usual client facing skills are required. Presentation. Documentation. Technical solutioning in the above areas.
