Senior HR Business Partner - Tech Startup - IIM/TISS/SCMHRD/XLRI

Our client is a growing tech start-up based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities: 

- Lead a team of HR Business Partners.

- Partner closely with Business Heads to devise HR strategies in line with the business goals.

- Advise business on the people agenda.

Preferred Candidate : 

- MBA in HR from Tier 1 institutions.

- 8 - 10 years of relevant HR work experience.

- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong team management and stakeholder management abilities.

- Comfortable working in an unstructured and ambiguous environment.
