We are seeking a Sr. HRBP to join a dynamic team with a leading B2B Startup based out in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees on a regular basis
- Have a continuous grip on the pulse of employees and work with colleagues in HR to create and implement initiatives aimed at improving work relationships, building morale and enhancing productivity and retention
- Act as the cultural ambassador for the organization and drive initiatives to promote the same
- Regularly provide policy and people process guidance to employees
- Own the HR Operations piece and undertake projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery in this area
- Implement Employee Engagement process in the organization and own the fun at work element of the process
- Support in creating best-in-class people policies and ensure implementation of the same
- Support in implementing key OD initiatives in the area of performance, rewards, competency and talent management
Requirements :
- Postgraduate in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Behavioral sciences from an institute of repute
- Knowledge and exposure of implementing new-age HR practices w.r.t engagement and talent retention
- Problem-solving approach with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making
- Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
