Senior HR Business Partner - Media

- Senior HR Business Partner with a focus on Talent Engagement and Talent Acquisition with a media conglomerate, based in Mumbai.

- Position reports to the Business Partner Head.

- The potential candidate will partner with various business groups to build the Talent & HR Strategy, drive organisation resource plans,talent reviews, succession plans, hi-potential individual development plans and performance management for assigned business units.

- We are looking at cross-industrial HR experience of 8-10 years, out of which close to 4-5 years must be in Business HR.

- Strong stakeholder management experience and leadership / team handling experience is a must.

- Open to Tier-1 and Tier-2 institutes, with impactful HR experience from good brands.
