Our client is an Internet and Mobile arm of a leading Indian Mass media Company.

It has a variety of leading information and transactional services based on the Internet.

They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead their organization for ~500 employees in India.

We are looking for candidates from within the BPO sector or start up Dot com companies only with full time MBA from Tier 1 business schools

DESIGNATION: Senior HR Business Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Leading all HR Business Partnering activities for corporate functions and catering to an employee base of 500+

2. Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business in collaboration with global stakeholders

3. Aligning recruitment, organizational design, performance management, retention and compensation and other HR workforce strategies for the business

4. Driving and ensuring high level of employee engagement Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication

5. Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction

6. Designing and conceptualizing key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization

DESIRED PROFILE:

Candidates should have around 10-12 years of total experience as an HR Business Partner. Working with organizations within BPO sector or start up Dot com companies only
