Senior HR Business Partner Gulf & Pakistan (Prior experience in Gulf is a mandatory requirement)
- We are looking for a Senior HRBP with mandatory experience in GCC. The incumbent will perform as the HR strategist for attracting, retaining and rewarding people.
- He/She will closely work with the Business Line Leaders across verticals and functions.
- The candidate will play a strategic HR role to ensure that the organization has all the necessary resources to realize its business plans in the short, medium, and long term and that the staff is motivated and competitively rewarded for their contribution.
- This position will have two direct reports (HRBPs) one based in Sharjah and one HRBP in Pakistan.
Education & Experience :
- Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent from an Institute of repute.
- 10-15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in the service / manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in a complex technical multi-business lines environment
