- Collaborate with HR Leadership to monitor and manage HR programs and strategies that support the organization's objective along with identifying HR program priorities and monitoring implementation to plan.
- Accountability of all HR programs/projects of high importance requiring work with different HR verticals and business functions and ensuring that programs are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements
- Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and use data insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements
- Provide inputs to key strategic programs and drive operational efficiency
