The role is an opportunity to join a fast-growing data analytics as Sr HRBP

- The role demands a seasoned HR professional who can craft the People-Agenda for the organization aligning it with the business goals. The individual would be required to give strategic direction to the HR team for effective partnering with the business teams and rolling out various organizational level interventions across the HR verticals.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the leadership to develop the HR strategy in accordance with understand the organization's goals

- Create a culture of continuous learning, ownership and collaboration across the organization. Build a positive work environment

- Champion the Talent Management agenda - Build Talent Capabilities & strengthen systems/processes for Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Pathing and Diversity & Inclusion.

- Assess the current organization and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision for the future state

- Keep abreast of industry best-practices, regulatory changes, new technologies, etc. in the field of human resource management

- Design & roll-out policies, processes and initiatives in line with the HR strategy and complying with legal requirements

- Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong partnerships with key leaders across the business

- Drive continuous improvement and lead organizational level change initiatives

Skills :

- Ability to translate business strategies/priorities into people strategies/priorities

- Be comfortable in managing ambiguity and the ability to navigate in a fast-paced set-up

- Be able to develop detailed plans for implementing the strategy and able to execute against the plan

- Strong HR fundamentals with a proven track record of leading & implementing large scale projects

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge meaningful relationships

- Strong leadership and people management skills to work collaboratively to consult, influence & negotiate

- Proven experience working with globally diverse teams

Eligibility :

- Post-Graduate in HR from Tier 1 B-School

- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience with strong HR functional expertise and a track record of leading and implementing large scale change projects
