Report to: Head of HR
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for all the HR activities related to the organization, including recruitment requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices
- Work on corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, induction, talent planning etc.
- Be responsible for recruitment and hiring requirements
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Qualifications/Requirements
- MBA in HR from a top 5 institute only (XLRI, TISS, MDI preferred)
- 7-8 years- experience in HRBP roles, with some experience in recruiting preferred / specialisation in an HR area like org development, learning & development, comp & ben etc.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR best practices in the industry
