This role is part of the leadership team in a growing educational and diversified group in Hyderabad. The role is expected to manage the smooth HR operations, recruitment, and engagement activities for 3-4 units having a total manpower of ~300. The role will be supported by unit level HR team members and the incumbent is expected to efficiently manage the team and engage with senior stakeholders / leaders in each unit. We expect the incumbent to lead the people function and provide advice in hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and growth of the required staff. The role is expected to support the growth by making available the required talent with the right skill sets and fitment. The role will lead the engagement strategies to build a strong culture and emotional connect and belongingness of the employees.
