Position Title: Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key business stakeholders, COEs, and business leaders to align HR strategies with business needs and priorities.
- Facilitate the implementation of HR initiatives such as MiVoice survey results and action planning seamlessly across Corporate Functions.
- Manage senior stakeholders effectively, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic HR guidance.
- Drive the development and execution of talent management strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with significant exposure to managing senior stakeholders.
-Experience in partnering with corporate functions or similar business units is preferred.
- MBA or PG degree in HR from a reputable institute like KJ Somaya or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of best HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
