1. Supplement execution of HR Shared Services deliverables for your geography viz. confirmation, background verification, transfers and MIS management
2. Drive performance management in your respective geography and work towards process improvements wherever required
3. Design and drive talent management and engagement plan for your geography
4. Drive Learning and Development agendas designed; Conduct induction programmes for the newly joined employees in the region and formulate structured on-boarding process
5. Take complete ownership of all HR interventions (to support business agenda) from strategy to implementation
