Roles & Responsibilities - To ensure staffing requirements are met - Partner with internal teams on various HR agenda for vertical assigned - Design key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress and influence future direction - Drive employee engagement agendas for your business vertical - Act as a subject matter expert and lead a team of experienced Talent Advisors - Plan and successfully deliver annual HR processes related to Performance Management, Talent Review Planning, Increment and Progression cycle, ensuring the needs of the business are met in a timely and efficient manner - Mentor and develop internal talent to ensure their success in a constantly changing environment - Participate in the Local councils/ Committees - Collaborate with the business leadership team on the design and implementation of key HR Strategies. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
