About the Role :
- Drive exponential growth for ecommerce leading different initiatives in user acquisition
- Strategize, plan and execute new user acquisition across Paid & Unpaid channels
- Own end-to-end execution of one acquisition channel, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders
- Lead new experiments/ projects for growing the user base for ecommerce
- Continually manage and optimize processes for meeting KPIs
What we look for :
- Great problem-solving and communication skills.
- Undergrad from a premier institute with 1/2+ years .
- Preferred experience in a high growth firm, startup, etc. in a business/ strategy & ops/ marketing role.
