Senior Group Product Manager - Pharma

Position Overview:

- As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement local portfolio marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on launching campaigns and executing sales initiatives to achieve both short and long-term business goals. Acting as a brand advocate, you will foster enthusiasm internally and engage closely with external customers and agencies. Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing market insights and translating them into targeted communication strategies and marketing mixes to address brand objectives and customer needs.

- Leveraging multi-channel tools to effectively communicate key brand messages to the market.

- Developing annual/cyclic action plans and brand strategies to meet business objectives, including designing innovative marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.

- Collaborating with external agencies to implement brand initiatives and maintaining ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Leading the launch of new products in alignment with local strategy and regional approvals.

- Adhering to ethical standards, company procedures, and the Novo Nordisk Way of Management, which encompasses the organization's vision, policies, and values.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Management (MBA) from a reputable institution, with a background in Science or Pharma.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in core Marketing and Product Management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated track record in meticulous planning, execution, and follow-up, coupled with a creative and innovative approach to driving initiatives with operational excellence.

- Experience in client/customer-facing roles is advantageous.
